Mediation and dispute resolution through mediation are my passion. FAST, CHEAP, and WITHOUT ASSUMING GUILTY. I conduct mediation between both Polish and international parties – in various areas, with particular emphasis on disputes involving commercial and sports law.
I am a mediator registered with the District Court in Warsaw.
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential method of resolving disputes. The role of an impartial mediator is not to issue a judgment, but to support the parties in finding a compromise solution and reaching a settlement. Such a settlement has the FORCE OF A COURT SETTLEMENT and is enforceable in the event of non-compliance by either party – without the need for lengthy court proceedings. After submitting a request for mediation and obtaining consent from all parties, I explain the principles of mediation, conduct the mediation, and draw up the settlement agreement.
I have achieved many successes – including mediating with other mediators in the largest financial market cases on an international scale.
