I assist training companies, industry organizations, chambers, foundations, and associations with matters related to the certification of qualifications in education and training. I support them in creating and organizing qualifications, assigning PQF levels, developing a qualifications framework, and preparing organizations to obtain certification from a Certifying Authority.
Certification within the ZSK also provides a competitive advantage in the market and increases the certificate's recognition in the European Union. Certificates for free-market qualifications are marked with PQF and EQF levels, thus inspiring confidence in the Polish labor market and gaining recognition across the EU.
The ZSK in Practice
The ZSK is more than just documents and procedures. It's a way to organize qualifications, credibly validate competencies, and build certificate recognition. I help translate system requirements into specific legal, organizational, and operational actions.
I support the analysis of qualification assumptions, the description of learning outcomes, the preparation of documentation, validation procedures, and the operational model. I also help assess whether a given organization is ready to assume the role of a Certifying Authority and what actions are worth taking next.
Certifying Authority
I assist in preparing organizations to apply for Certifying Authority authorization. I support in organizing the requirements, documentation, validation rules, and organizational solutions necessary for the certification process.
If the topic concerns not only the qualification itself but also the broader organization of competency standards in the industry, I also assist in work related to the qualifications framework and selecting the appropriate course of action.
